President Nicolás Maduro made this Thursday, December 20, a call for attention to the mayors of the whole country, during his participation in the Bolivarian Congress of the Peoples that took place in the Poliedro de Caracas.
The national chief executive urged the local authorities to keep the cities clean and in perfect order. He also asked them to be aware of even the smallest details.
“Mayors, you have to have the cities clean, beautiful, without garbage, with lights, that the traffic lights work; Do it with your hands. If you see a damaged traffic light, stand up and try to fix it!” he said.
He also requested to do “government on the street, next to the people”.
