The Anthem of the Federation with its “Oligarcas Temblad” and the presentation of the Dance of Tura, the original ceremony of the Ayaman and Jira jaras communities to thank Mother Earth for her kindness, started a popular assembly in Maparari, Falcón state, where experiences were exchanged among “Las Comunas”: El Maizal, El Arañero de Sabaneta, Simón Bolívar, Padres de la Patria, 20 de Febrero, Batalla de Churuguara, among others; with the aim of supporting a common national alliance that allows the elevation of the productive and organizational capacities of the communal management model.
The evaluation socialized by the inhabitants in this population of the “Federacion” municipality, reveals strong adversities that hit the peasant in his intentions to produce food. The roads are in very bad condition, suitable only for rustic vehicles, there is no institutional support that guarantees tools, seeds, fertilizer, among other inputs necessary for agricultural work. Additionally, we have experienced some of the strongest droughts in recent years, without there being any dam or alternative that allows for even the cultivation of conucos for self-consumption.

Given these conditions, the tendency to think about the communal management model as a method for overcoming the crisis was unanimous. “This is definitely a class struggle. You have to study history and see that the rich have never helped the poor,” said Jesús Guanipa from La Comuna Batalla de Churuguara.
For his part, Angel Prado of El Maizal Socialist Commune, reflected that this reality needs “a chavista, productive and honest national community movement” in order to respond to the challenges facing the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela today. “We come here to show a management model that has served us, but we invite you to do more than what we have achieved, each Commune must have at least one means of production, we must be free and autonomous,” the Constituent Prado also asserted.

Several agreements closed the session, including the possibility of developing joint training processes, in order to provide the theoretical and practical tools that serve the community movement to interpret and transform reality in an effort to build a more just society, a socialist society .
