On Monday, the sixth day of the voting machine software audit took place from the strategic operations center of the National Electoral Council (CNE), in Caracas.
“In the strategic operations center of @ve_cne this Monday #19Oct the sixth day of the Voting Machine Software Audit was completed with the signing of the minutes by the technicians of the Organizations with Political Purposes (political parties)”, posted the electoral body on its Twitter account.
Organizations with political purposes, external auditors, technical personnel of the electoral branch, and international organizations participate in this process of authorship, through videoconference, to confirm the proper functioning of the automated system.
All procedures are carried out within parameters established by biosecurity protocols for the prevention of COVID-19.

The CNE also reported, through its account on the social media network, that on Monday a meeting of the Regional Logistics Committee was held at the Nueva Esparta State Regional Office, to look at the December 6 parliamentary elections.

“#19Oct at the regional office (ORE) of @ve_cne in Nueva Esparta, a meeting of the 11th Regional Logistics Committee (CLR) was held, within the framework of the 2020 National Assembly Elections, to guarantee the successful development of each of the stages of the Electoral Schedule,” it posted.

The CLR is a local body that evaluates the role of all participants on electoral day, with a focus of attention on the users of the process.
