This Sunday, May 31, the Venezuelan Minister for Communications Jorge Rodríguez, announced the restrictions that remain in the new stage of the quarantine’s loosening starting this Monday, June 1.
During a press conference from Miraflores Palace, he explained that commuting between states remains prohibited. Only those people who possess a pass can travel between states. This is to avoid moving an infectious hotspot to another area and so keeping a better control of cases.
