The vice president of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, reported this Wednesday afternoon, after meeting with the Presidential Command for the control of Covid-19 Coronavirus, that no new cases of the disease have been confirmed in the last 24 hours, and that the country continues with 36 confirmed cases.

Rodríguez pointed out that President Nicolás Maduro spoke directly with the director of the World Health Organization (WHO), Tedros Adhanom, who welcomed the measures taken by the Venezuelan government and guaranteed his support for the country despite US sanctions.
