The governments of Spain and Venezuela are negotiating the transfer of the radical opposition leader Leopoldo López to Spain, due to several complaints that would have been made by the employees of the Spanish diplomatic headquarters, who say that he is not well emotionally or psychologically, but Lopez has said that from there, no one takes him out, according to a video posted by opposition journalist Patricia Poleo, who is residing in the United States.
