The Puebla Group rejects the use of force and the threat of actions in violation of International Law and alerts both the Secretary General and the United Nations Security Council to the escalation of tensions in the area at a time when all of our hemisphere should be jointly and severally focused on addressing the human consequences of COVID-19 as a top priority.
