She reported that the two new cases are from the Trujillo state: this is a male patient of 64 years old, who died this Wednesday. He was infected by his son -the second case of Trujillo- who came from Ecuador and Peru. The country has 146 coronavirus cases, 5 deceased and 29 percent recovered.
The deceased patient in Trujillo had several underlying diseases, including an obstructive bronchopulmonary disease that forced him to be hospitalized every 3 months; He was also hypertensive, diabetic and a smoker. He reported symptoms on March 22. 4 days earlier, he answered the Patria system survey on Covid-19 and there were no symptoms. He decided to go to a hospital on March 30 in Trujillo, passing away on Wednesday April 1st.
The other patient died this Thursday afternoon, and was one of the first cases to be found in intensive care at a private clinic in the east of Caracas, a 63-year-old male patient.

Rodríguez urged that today, more than ever, it is very important to keep the quarantine to achieve victory against the Covid-19 coronavirus. Only people working in priority sectors should leave their houses.
