UN to Donate Covid-19 Diagnostic Test Kits to Venezuela

Venezuelan Vice President, Delcy Rodríguez reported this Saturday, from the Presidential Command for Control and Monitoring of the Coronavirus, that representatives of the United Nations (UN) announced the donation of test kits for this pandemic will arrive in the country in the coming days.
The authorities of the multilateral organization made recommendations to the country with the aim of reinforcing the planning and coordination of preventive measures to contain the spread of Covid-19.

“We have just finished a very effective and fruitful meeting with representatives of the UN, we have received important recommendations on what must be done to stop this pandemic that is affecting the entire world,” she said.
She called for social responsibility of Venezuelans to assume prevention measures to avoid the spread of covid-19 ordered by the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, to protect the population.
