The Foreign Minister of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Jorge Arreaza, said that the Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), Luis Almagro, is responsible for the dead, injured and human rights violations unleashed after the coup State in Bolivia against Evo Morales.
Through his twitter account @jaarreaza, the head diplomat of Venezuelan, said that the study presented by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) is conclusive: There was no fraud!

Arreaza referred to the publication of the researcher of the National Council of Scientific and Technical Research (Conicet), Rodrigo Quiroga, who said: “Today Washington Post published a statistical analysis of the MIT on the 2019 Bolivian elections that contradicts the OAS report.”
Earlier, the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, said that the MIT report that determined that Evo Morales won the presidential elections held in October 2019, without any fraud, and proves OAS interference.
