Venezuela’s National Electoral Council (CNE), led by Elvis Amoroso, has made available to citizens the Electoral Offer Disclosure System, a digital tool designed to allow voters to quickly and easily access all relevant information regarding the upcoming municipal elections, which will be held on Sunday, July 27, 2025.
The interactive platform, accessible at the web address https://doe.postulaciones.org.ve/em2025, enables voters to view the candidate lists of the participating political parties, the full roster of candidates per constituency, and the positions up for election in their respective states.
Additionally, since last June, the Electoral Registry Telegram bot has been active, providing citizens with a convenient way to consult their voting centers.
In these elections, a total of 2,806 positions will be elected nationwide, including 335 mayors, 1,420 councilors by list, 982 nominal councilors, and 69 councilors representing indigenous communities.
Step by Step: How to Vote in Venezuela’s July 27 Elections and Popular Consultation
The holding of these municipal elections corresponds to the expiration of the constitutional terms of office for these positions and is part of the electoral schedule unanimously approved by the National Electoral Board. The Electoral Board extends its call to all Venezuelans to actively participate in this democratic day, emphasizing the importance of voting as a tool for building the country’s future: “Vote with confidence. Vote with security. Vote for Venezuela.”
On Sunday, July 27, a simultaneous consultation on youth projects will be held, an act of democracy that will allow young people to lead initiatives in their communities.
