We emphasize the need for the parties to take the utmost caution in their comments and statements regarding the process, in compliance with established guidelines. For the sake of the negotiations, it is important that the parties be given the necessary space to move forward in a constructive environment and that the confidentiality of the process be respected by all.
“I hope that the parties progress in the search for sustainable solutions for all Venezuelans. I reiterate my gratitude to the Government of Barbados for its hospitality,” said the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Norway, Ine Eriksen Soreide, through this document.
