“Provide Solutions”: Almagro Pulls Guaido’s Ears – Defectors Affaire
The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), Luis Almagro, urged the deputy and self-proclaimed “interim president,” Juan GuaidĂł, to “provide solutions” to the Venezuelan military deserters.

“It is urgent that the government of the president in charge Juan GuiadĂł provide solutions to the Venezuelan military loyal to the legitimate Government that are outside the country,” he said in his official twitter account.

The military defectors, to whom the Venezuelan opposition, headed by GuaidĂł, promised asylum and other benefits (including monetary rewards), since they betrayed President Nicolás Maduro, have not caught the attention of their “protectors”.
In return, they claimed on one occasion that they were “deceived” and until now only received from the Government of Colombia, a country to which the majority defected, “a mat, bed-sheets and a map.”
