Balad air base, located 64 kilometers from Baghdad and hosting US troops, has been attacked on Saturday with several missiles, as reported by the Sky News Arabia channel.
Moments earlier, Reuters reported, citing its sources, that two explosions occurred in the Green Zone of Baghdad, where the US Embassy is located. The attack blocked the road leading to the US Embassy, Sky News Arabia reports.

“We identified some 35 US targets in the region some time ago and [that now] are within our reach ,” the Commander of the Guardian Corps of the Islamic Revolution (CGRI) of Iran in the southern province of Kerman, the general Qolamali Abu Hamze warned Friday night.
