A new group of 252 Venezuelans were repatriated to the country from Mexico on board a Conviasa flight, which landed in the morning hours of Thursday at the SimĂłn BolĂvar International Airport in La Guaira, as part of Return to the Homeland Plan.
A total of 83 women, 59 men, and 110 children who returned on June 19 have been guaranteed comprehensive medical attention.
Representatives of the Venezuelan State welcomed this new group of repatriates who arrived in the country after being subjected to the policy of persecution and acts of violence promoted by the government of the United States.
After landing, the repatriates pass through a migration process, where the judicial situation of each person is reviewed. Thereafter they receive medical attention, and then they are transferred to their homes by the security agencies.

A team of 150 health professionals provided the returnees with initial triage services and evaluation of vital signs, as well as epidemiological control through rapid tests to detect communicable diseases.
In addition, they received consultations in gynecology, pediatrics and general medicine, as well as vaccinations and the delivery of essential medicines.
So far this year, more than 5,600 Venezuelan migrants have returned from the US as part of the effort promoted by the Venezuelan government through the Return to the Homeland Great Mission to guarantee the safe return of Venezuelan nationals from abroad.
