The Executive Vice President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, arrived in India to participate in the Second Assembly of the International Solar Alliance, as well as to consolidate the relations of cooperation and friendship between India and Venezuela, both countries have advanced in areas of cooperation such as energy, oil, education, culture, technology, trade and health.

Through her account on Twitter, @DrodriguezVen, Rodríguez explained that Venezuela will be part of the International Solar Alliance which is made up of more than 121 countries.

The primary objective of the alliance is to promote the effective exploitation of solar energy to reduce dependence on fossil fuels.
