The Vente Venezuela political organization, led by opposition leader MarĂa Corina Machado, expelled the coordinator of that party in FalcĂłn state, Edinson Oviedo, on Wednesday after being detained by the National Anti-Extortion and Kidnapping Command (Conas) of the Bolivarian National Guard ( GNB) during an anti-drug operation.
Through a statement, they indicate that Oviedo was removed from office as a preventive measure and his political affiliation has been suspended, so disciplinary procedures will apply, after learning that he was captured in the CONAS operation.
