09-28-19.-Foreign Minister Jorge Arreaza held a meeting with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov at the Russian Mission to the UN in New York City, where they signed a Consultation Plan, to continue strengthening bilateral relations with Russia.

Arreaza described through his account on the social network Twitter as “extraordinary” the meeting led by executive Vice President, Delcy Rodriguez.
