
Venezuelan president Nicolás Maduro reports that from this Monday, June 15, “14 new economic sectors will be incorporated to those already announced” in the reopening scheme for quarantine known as “7+7”.
In this sense, the head of state announced the working schedule for these new sectors:
- Auto washes from 1pm to 5pm
- Optics stores, 7am to 12pm
- Electronic repairs, 12pm to 5pm
- Footwear and textile, 12pm to 5pm
- Office and bookstore, 7am to 12pm
- Ice cream parlors and Cafeterias, 1pm to 5pm (take away only)
- Laundries and dry cleaners, 12pm to 5pm
- Manufacture of electrical appliances, 7am to 12pm
- Parcel Services, 9am to 1pm
- Registries and Notaries (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday), 8am to 12pm
- Sports Events and Gyms (without public), 7am to 11am
- Veterinary Care, 1pm to 4pm
- Drive-in cinema, 7pm to 11pm
- Shopping malls, 7am to 5pm (only authorized shops)
“The municipalities that are under a special regime are still excepted,” said the head of state, while informing about the 30-day extension of the state of alarm in the framework of the pandemic.
