At 5 in the morning the Operational Strategic Commander, A / J Remigio Ceballos, from the general alternate command post 100 meters underground in an unknown location, commented that this national deployment “is for the people to see how we prepare to defend the Bolivarian homeland. It is a responsibility of all Venezuelans, ” including more than 2 million militiamen.
