He considered that this new update exposes the continuous “violations and torture” committed by the State security forces that the United Nations Organization recommends suppressing, but to whom the Maduro administration expressed its full support.
“The @UNHumanrights update on the #Venezuela #HumanRights report exposes continuing serious violations including detentions, torture, and executions by the former Maduro regime,” he wrote.
“It is time for Maduro to go and pave the way for free and fair elections in Venezuela,” he added.
