On social media, former President Morales said that “like every Sunday, we were heading to Lauca Eñe to do our Sunday program, when at the gates of the Novena we were intercepted by two vehicles, apparently [Toyota] Tundras, from which four hooded officers dressed in black with guns in their hands got out and began shooting.”
