This Saturday, May 10, an electoral drill will be carried out to prepare for the May 25 elections in which 285 deputies of the National Assembly, 24 governors, and 260 state legislators will be elected.
With this drill conducted by the National Electoral Council (CNE), citizens can verify the operation of the voting machines and the efficiency of the transmission media, check the counting platform, and analyze the technical and logistical operation of the process.
Electoral Authorities of Venezuela Announce Voting Drill for May 10
For the drill, the CNE has enabled 1,187 voting centers throughout the country, distributed as follows: Miranda (98), Capital District (Caracas) (94), Zulia (94), Anzoátegui (78), Aragua (77), Carabobo (70), Táchira (70), Merida (58), Falcon (56), Guarico (49), Trujillo (47), Bolivar (45), Portuguesa (44), Sucre (41), Lara (40), Barinas (38), La Guaira (32), Yaracuy (32), Monagas (31), Nueva Esparta (28), Apure (26), Cojedes (23), Amazonas (9), and Delta Amacuro (7).
The CNE enabled the Electoral Offer Disclosure System, where Venezuelans will be able to find all information regarding the elections.
