Venezuelan Foreign Affairs Minister Yván Gil announced that a working group has been established with the Arab and Persian communities in Venezuela with the aim of creating a global front to provide humanitarian and diplomatic support to the countries under attack by the Zionist entity.
Following the instructions of President Nicolás Maduro, Minister Gil reported that a humanitarian brigade will be formed to provide aid to the people facing Israeli aggression in the Middle East. He added that the front will also condemn the massacres and provide support from a diplomatic and political standpoint.
The global front will “utilize all available resources in diplomacy and global politics to stop the Israeli regime, which will not stop without global mobilization,” Gil said. “Just as we have seen large mobilizations in Europe, the United States, Latin America, the Middle East, and Asia in support of the Palestinian people. That force must become a force of diplomacy and politics to be able to hold the regime accountable and make the perpetrators of this massacre pay for their crimes.”
He stated that after the establishment of the working group, concrete actions for the coming days are planned to address the humanitarian emergency in Gaza and Lebanon and to move forward in the diplomatic and political path “to contain the Nazi regime of Mr. Netanyahu.”
Minister Gil emphasized that the Zionist entity has applied the worst practices of war to destroy entire populations.
He added that the entity has embarked on a phase of extermination of the entire Arab population over the past year. “We have seen in recent weeks how the worst practices of war have been applied, the use of explosives on an unprecedented scale, the use of latest-generation combat aircraft to bomb and destroy buildings, entire neighborhoods, and towns,” he stressed.
He further added that the criminal policy of the Israeli state has the support of the United States government and the complicity of the European Union.
“Humanity cannot tolerate one more death, one more bomb falling on the heads of children and women,” he continued. “More than 41,000 dead in Gaza, now thousands dead in Lebanon, there was already a war going on in Syria, and the sovereignty of the sister nation of the Islamic Republic of Iran is under threat.”
He decried that war criminal Netanyahu went to the United Nations, “which is an institution for promoting peace and understanding among nations, to threaten the world with war throughout the region.”
Palestinians are facing ethnic cleansing
During the meeting with representatives of Arab and Persian communities, held in the Antonio José de Sucre Hall at the Casa Amarilla on Friday, October 4, the ambassadors of Lebanon, Palestine, Syria, and Iran condemned the massacres that the Palestinian and Lebanese peoples are experiencing.
The ambassador of Palestine to Venezuela, Fadi Alzaben, said that the Zionist entity aims to wipe out the Palestinian people.
“This is a genocide, an ethnic cleansing perpetrated by Israel; 365 days of slaughter has claimed the lives of more than 42,000 people, coldly murdered by the Zionist regime of Israel,” he expressed. “The majority have been children and women, 16,000 children killed in one year. The average is 45 children per day. More than 11,000 women have been killed. There is massive destruction in the Gaza Strip. Israel aims to end the existence of our people. It is not simply targeting a military group, a political faction, but the entire Palestinian people.”
He thanked the government and the people of Venezuela for their solidarity and support. He stated that one of the first world leaders to speak out against the genocide in Gaza was President Nicolás Maduro.
He added that those who remain silent are complicit in the crimes being committed in the region.
He condemned the United States for its “blind support” for the Israeli regime and for supplying it with weapons and funds to ethnically cleanse Palestinians.
Lebanon will not kneel
Lebanese Ambassador to Venezuela, Elías Lebbos, condemned the Zionist regime’s intention of seizing territory from Lebanon and other countries.
“We must be united today more than ever. The Venezuelan people and the Bolivarian Revolution are supporting our peoples with everything they can,” he stated.”Lebanon will never kneel. We have a history of more than 6,000 years, and we have never surrendered. Always with our heads held high, we will continue. We will be victorious with God’s favor and with the support of our allies and friends such as President Maduro.”
Iranian ambassador: Each missile is a child’s cry
Iranian Ambassador to Venezuela Hojjatollah Soltani expressed that each missile launched at Israel “represents the cries of the children martyred in this year of slaughter in Palestine.”
He stated that Iran has always advocated for peace and dialogue despite the Zionist regime’s attacks on its territory and even the assassinations of Iran’s political and military leaders.
“The cause of the war is Israel’s expansionist policy,” he added. “As long as the West does not stop Israel, there will be no peace in the Middle East. Here lies the responsibility of the UN Security Council. We ask for the intervention of the United Nations to pressure Israel and force it to respect international law and the sovereignty of states, not to attack neighboring countries, and to let us live in peace.”
