The National Electoral Council (CNE) of Venezuela officially proclaimed and appointed deputies to the National Assembly, based on the results of the regional and parliamentary elections held last Sunday, May 25th. The vote was transmitted at 99.88%, with the participation of 43.12% of active voters.
After singing the National Anthem, the president of the highest electoral body, Elvis Amoroso, proceeded to proclaim the national deputies, expressing his pride in their work.
He also thanked the people for their civility and democratic spirit during the electoral process held last Sunday, May 25th.
He congratulated Minister of Defense General Vladimir Padrino LĂłpez and the Military High Command for their work through Operation Republic. He also emphasized that “the electoral system is the best in the world, as it guarantees transparency and rapid transmission of results.”

National Proclamation
For his part, the vice president of the National Electoral Council (CNE), Carlos Quintero, said that the national award is being formalized and proclamation ceremonies are being held in each state, as well as with representatives of the legislative councils.
He congratulated the elected representatives and thanked them for their commitment to the nation, emphasizing that “each election represents a further step toward democratic institutions.”
He pointed out that in those states where the weather conditions were adverse, the population came out to vote. “Thank you, Venezuela, for your commitment to peace and your example of participatory and proactive democracy.”
He expressed his condolences for the physical departure of three military personnel while carrying out their duties to ensure the distribution of electoral materials and expressed his gratitude for the work of the security agencies “for their calm and timely presence.”
Quintero thanked the polling station members, who were instrumental in this democratic celebration, and acknowledged the commitment of the international observers for witnessing this democratic day.
“With this proclamation, we complete one stage and begin another in the full exercise of their functions in service to the people,” he said.
Deputies elected in Caracas
The proclamation and awarding ceremony for the deputy lists for the state took place at the Municipal Theater of Caracas. In his speech, Deputy Nicolás Maduro Guerra asserted that the credential received “is for the people of Caracas, to continue by your side, to continue listening to the people.”
He asserted that the ceremony represents the commitment of revolutionary men and women to continue building happiness for the Venezuelan family.
He emphasized that the GPPSB candidates in the capital city won all the seats in the National Assembly. “Today is a day of joy, a day of victory because Caracas won,” he stated.
On the other hand, the head of the Caracas government, Nahum Fernández, acknowledged that the GPPSB ran an admirable campaign and that “Caracas has always been a benchmark for the various battles we have fought in recent years, from the attacks of the far right to the assassination attempts of fascism.”
He emphasized that “Venezuela wants peace, development, and improvement for a bright future. We want to continue making the effort that President Nicolás Maduro has set an example for. This victory is for Nicolás Maduro, the distinguished Caracas native of our times.”

CNE Results
The vice president of the National Electoral Council (CNE), Carlos Quintero, informed the nation that, as of 12 noon on Tuesday, May 27, the voting machines corresponding to 99.88% of the polling stations had been transmitted, with a voter turnout of 43.18%. The following results were obtained:
📍 The Great Patriotic Pole alliance obtained 5,024,475 votes, representing 83.42% of the total votes.
📍 Democratic Alliance: 361,769 votes, 6.01%.
📍 UNTC Única Alliance: 304,425 votes, 5.05%
📍 Neighborhood Force Alliance: 141,588 votes, 2.35%
📍 Others Political organizations obtained 181,926 votes, 3.02% of the total votes. Invalid votes: 8,813, 0.15% of the total votes.
Quintero added that 282 seats in the National Assembly are currently allocated. “The Great Patriotic Pole Alliance obtained 253 seats as deputies in the National Assembly; the Democratic Alliance 13 seats, the United National Union of Workers (UNTC) Alliance 11 seats, the Neighborhood Force Alliance 4 seats, and the Pencil Alliance Party 1 seat.”
For gubernatorial positions, Quintero stated that 24 seats have been allocated, of which the Great Patriotic Pole Alliance obtained 23 seats and the Democratic Alliance obtained 1 seat.
For state legislative council positions, of the 260 seats, 247 have been allocated, of which 235 legislators belong to the Democratic Alliance, four legislators from the United National Union of Workers (UNTC), and two legislators from the Neighborhood Force Alliance.
Representing the SimĂłn BolĂvar Great Patriotic Pole, the list of representatives for the next legislative period includes Jorge JesĂşs RodrĂguez GĂłmez, Cilia Adela Flores de Maduro, MarĂa Iris Varela Rangel, Juan Francisco Escalona Camargo, DesireĂ© Santos Amaral, Wilmar Alfredo Castro Soteldo, MarĂa de Lourdes LeĂłn, Luis Fernando Soto Rojas, NohelĂ Pocaterra, and Hermann Escarrá.
In addition, Francisco Javier Arias Cardenas, William Jose Benavides Rondon, Henry Armando Parra, Maria Rosa Jimenez Barreto, Yeixon Jose Guzman Araque, Jorge Alberto Arreaza Monserrat, Vanessa Yunet Montero Lopez, Ilenia Rosa Medina Carrasco, Didalco Antonio Bolivar Graterol, Angel Bautista Marcano Castillo, Jose Gregorio Vielma Mora, Jesus German Faria Tortosa, William Ramon Farinas, Miguel Angel Perez Abad, Nicia Maria Maldonado Maldonado, Nazarela Rojas Mendez, Ciro Vladimir Leon, Osvaldo Ramon Zamora Rivas, Wills Ascension Rangel Linares, Pedro Tomas Rangel Moreno, Gilberto Jesus Jimenez Prieto, Ivonne del Carmen Ledezma Ron, Jose Antonio Spain Marquez, and Maigualida Esther Barrera Morales.
