The Venezuelan National Electoral Council (CNE) rector, Aime Nogal Méndez, reported that 90.25% of the voting tables have already been installed nationwide for the presidential elections on Sunday, July 28.
Nogal further reported that since early morning on Friday, July 26, all the technical operative personnel of the voting tables were present in all the designated polling stations for the upcoming presidential elections.
The polling stations are being installed throughout Venezuela, aiming to ensure the presence of all the voting table members and the revision of the necessary materials for the election.
Venezuela’s National Electoral Council Welcomes National and International Observers
Per Article 108 of the Organic Law of Electoral Processes, the identification of the table members is part of this process, including the revision of principal, alternate, and reserve members and the operators of the Integrated System.
In addition, all electoral materials are being reviewed to verify if they are in adequate condition, the voting equipment is being installed, and the associated reports are being filed.
