On the night of this Monday, March 23, the Vice President of the Republic, Delcy RodrĂguez, reported that seven people tested positive for the new coronavirus (Covid-19) in Venezuela, so there are now 84 confirmed cases in the country.
In statements to the media, RodrĂguez specified that the new cases were confirmed in Barinas, Aragua, Miranda, the Capital District and La Guaira.
Delcy RodrĂguez also reported this Monday, from the Miraflores Palace, on the application of a special plan to further reduce the mobility of people in the Capital District, Miranda and La Guaira (Grand Caracas); this before the confirmation of new cases of coronavirus in these entities.
