The general coordinator of the Venezuela Nuestra campaign command, Jorge Rodríguez, warned that the extreme right is setting up a communication center in the city of Miami, USA, run by Magalli Meda’s sister-in-law, in order to claim fraud on the July 28, the day of Venezuela’s presidential elections.
The political leader noted that while the extreme right sets up its communication center in a foreign country, the presidential candidate Nicolás Maduro has traveled across Venezuela far and wide.
Informational blackout
The head of Venezuela Nuestra also reported an information blackout by transnational communication companies regarding the massive turnouts throughout the country in support of the electoral campaign for President Maduro.
“Nicolás Maduro’s mobilizations have been made invisible,” said Rodríguez. “We are the majority, and many media outlets are doing everything possible to try to make us invisible, because we are going to continue in the streets, in reality. Continue with your virtual reality, which has always ended up exploding the truth in your face.”
