In addition to political parties, external auditors and technical staff of the electoral branch and international organizations participate through videoconferences to verify the correct functioning of the automated system.
The Venezuelan voting system is characterized by the speed and accuracy with which it presents the electoral results, allowing one to obtain final results throughout the country within a few hours of the closing of all the Polling Stations; therefore this process audits samples for the reliability and transparency of the Electoral Power.
This, and all the procedures carried out by the National Electoral Council for the development of the parliamentary elections on December 6, seek to generate confidence and security for all those involved: voters, political organizations, and then national and international community.
