Members of the Comprehensive Aerospace Defense Command (Codai) of the Bolivarian National Armed Force (FANB) detected and neutralized an aircraft destined for drug trafficking that was using Venezuelan airspace of Zulia state.
This is the drug-related aircraft number 194 neutralized by Venezuelan authorities since the expelling of the DEA from Venezuela during the government of Hugo Chavez.
The army branch, as part of the operation Bolivarian Shield Shark 2020, followed the due legal protocols to carry out such a procedure.

Venezuela has been subject of a multidimensional war coming from the United States to oust first President Hugo Chavez and now President Nicolas Maduro. One of the latest exploits in that sense is accusing Venezuela of being a drug haven when in reality Colombia (US partner in crime) is the main producer of drugs in the world and the United States the main consumer.
