Every place must be safe for every Jewish man, for every Jewish woman, and for the Jewish religion.
It should be an insult to Jews, Jewish women, and the Jewish faith itself to speak in these terms, despite understanding the Christian Western persecution of this religious group. But today, and especially today, it must be an insult in the face of the Holocaust (once hidden, now visible) that Zionists have been carrying out since 1948 against the native Semitic Palestinian people.
“A safe place for the Jews,” is the perfect crime, as it carries a just and beautiful connotation to the ear. It is an illustration of Eurocentric aesthetic sadism with colonial objectives.
Let us imagine today, in the 21st century, speaking in terms of a safe place for women, a safe place for homosexuals, a safe place for Black people, a safe place for Roma, or a safe place for any other persecuted human community. Speaking from this perspective is contrary to all harmony, freedom, democracy, justice, and respect. Let us reflect on these perfumed phrases, please.
A call for reflection, a call to examine ourselves. “A safe place for the Jews,” is a manipulation from a humanist wrapping; it is an inconsistency, madness to the minimum of humanism.
A call for reflection, a call to examine ourselves. In the face of the visible genocide against the native Semitic Palestinian people—a genocide that since 1948 was not only hidden, and worst of all, if it was mentioned, it was to say it involved Arabs, savage anti-Semitic Muslims. Today, since the genocide is visible, since they no longer even bother to hide it, for they celebrate it, glorify it, boast of it. All of this is the result of human degradation, of that colonial society wrongly called “Israel.”
Now, the world must free itself from that manipulative aesthetic wrapping, of great pseudo-humanist splendor with colonial objectives.
The factors of domination adapt, camouflage, infiltrate the human values of each historical era.
Nothing new, the world still remains trapped in the atrophy of savagery and imperial, colonial, racist, and classist brutality. In theocratic times, they manipulated and colonized in the name of God. God was the aesthetic. Today, in our secular age, they manipulate through the aesthetic of pseudo-humanism.
Eurocentric colonial Zionism camouflages its colonialism under multiple lies, all well illustrated, but lies nonetheless. One of them claims it is the land God promised them; another lie is that it is the return after 2,000 years to ancestral land; following the sugarcoated falsehoods, they said it was a land without people for a people without land; another falsehood is that it is a safe place for the Jews. Attractive, striking, enchanting, seductive illustrations—but all stemming from criminal creative lies.
There is greater interest in aesthetics than in analysis; that is intellectual marketing, to put it mildly.
A call to examine ourselves, a call to awaken. Colonial anachronism has no right to exist. In the face of this pseudo-humanist aesthetic wrapping, may artists not be instruments to lull people to sleep, but rather to awaken the peoples.
Artists, academics, intellectuals, feminists, students, unionists, human rights activists, politicians, journalists, jurists, religious figures, atheists, agnostics, environmentalists: in the face of genocide in Palestine, a call to examine ourselves.
We have an appointment with history, and this is not an empty phrase, but rather—faced with Zionist Nazism, that mourning, the darkness humanity is enduring today—it is necessary to give birth, to transcend toward honesty, to be sincere and honest. To free ourselves from our fears, free ourselves from our comfort zones, free ourselves from our colonized minds.
To the point: Colonialism has no right to exist. If we want peace, we must prepare for justice. Justice is the liberation of the native Semitic Palestinian people. The liberation of any native people from the colonizer is a universal victory, a contribution and offering to human universality.
Without abstractions. Demagogues of the academic-intellectual priesthood, Hollywood and its derivatives. End of the colonial regime of “Israel.” Otherwise, we are consolidating colonial Zionist fascism. We are part of that genocide. We must awaken. And for those who have yet to be born, that is, for those who are about to come into life, we shouldn’t leave them a world of Nazi-Zionist vultures.
Once Palestine is liberated from the river to the sea, the population that bears the pseudo-citizenship of “Israeli” must adopt the native Palestinian citizenship. And I reiterate this aloud: this is not about expelling anyone. And tomorrow in the future, once Palestine is liberated, if a Jew from any part of the world wishes to live in Palestine, they should be welcomed, they should request Palestinian citizenship—as was the case before, prior to the imposition of Eurocentric colonialism, wrongly called “Israel.”
The Armenians, non-Semitic, non-Muslim, of deep and beautiful Orthodox Christian tradition, fleeing the Turkish Holocaust, arrived in Palestine, there they were sheltered, and today form part of Palestinian fabric. Yes, they arrived fleeing the Holocaust, not to Palestine to behead like the colonial Zionists have done and continue to do.
… For a safe place for the Jews… The poet of Galilee-Palestine, Mahmud Darwish, said it: In the liberation of our people, let us liberate our enemy.
Let us free Jews and the world from Zionist inhumanity. Without distractions, it is time to be sincere. May there be an end to the Eurocentric colonialism wrongly called “Israel,” and may Jews be free throughout the entire world.
Let us emerge from backwardness, let us emerge from Eurocentric Zionist colonialism, wrongly called “Israel.”
