Mercenary boss Erik Prince is once again trying to scam anyone who would like to see the end of the Bolivarian Revolution and chavismo in Venezuela by inviting his followers to “vote with dollars.”
Users on social networks condemned a video that went viral and that stars Blackwater founder Prince, who apparently asked anti-Chavez Venezuelans to “vote with dollars” to finance the coup plot “Ya Casi Venezuela.”
“The time has come to vote with dollars. Democracy will prevail. We are almost there, Ya Casi Venezuela,” says Prince in the video.
US-made rifles seized
Venezuelan security agencies seized more than 400 US rifles which terrorists intended to use to perpetrate terrorist and destabilizing plans in the country. Prince’s scam was supposed to finance this thwarted plot.
During a press conference on September 14, the minister for the Interior, Justice, and Peace, Diosdado Cabello, presented some of the weapons seized by the Venezuelan authorities, revealing the attempts at destabilization by foreign interests that do not respect the sovereignty of the Venezuelan people.
“These rifles were for terrorist acts here in Venezuela,” said Cabello. “Terrorism promoted by political sectors… This weaponry that is entering our country is coming from the United States, through its institutions that function to generate chaos and destabilize some countries.”
