Venezuela Condemns New US “Sanctions” Against Cuba
Venezuelan Minister for Foreign Affairs, Jorge Arreaza, expressed Venezuela’s rejection of the new coercive and unilateral measures imposed by the Government of the United States against the people and Government of Cuba.

“The desperate Campaign team at the US State Department continues to use” sanctions “to attack Cuba and its people,” he denounced while predicting the failure of this electoral strategy that seeks to attract the anti-Castro vote based in the state of Florida.
“They believe that this will distract the attention of public opinion and the American people. The elections are won with real leadership, not with infamies and bullying,” he emphasized.
