Operation "Negro Primero" Activated in Colonia Tovar in Search for Mercenaries (Curfew)

From 2 a.m. this Friday, Army, National Guard, FAES and special command officials took to the tourist town of Colonia Tovar in Aragua State searching for about 20 individuals who allegedly had landed through the port of Tuja.

Governor Rodolfo Marco Torres announced on his twitter account that a curfew was declared from this Friday at 8 pm throughout the town.

The personnel are scanning all the mountains and according to the commander of the Operational Zone of Comprehensive Defense (Zodi) La Guaira, Gustavo Matamoros already has the identities of these 20 subjects and one was also captured in the Cayetano sector in Carayaca.
