Syria: More Than 240 Thousand High School Students Start Their Final Exams in Different Provinces
Damascus, SANA- More than 240 thousand students on Sunday started to take their Secondary Education (high school) final exams in all Secondary School branches , including the scientific, literary, Sharia (Islamic Education) and vocational for the year 2018-2019.
Education Ministry prepared 2,066 centers for high school exams in different provinces, in addition to preparing a number of centers for students from Idleb and Raqqa provinces in Hama province and the provinces in which they stay.
The Ministry also provided housing centers for the students who live in Aleppo’s eastern neighborhoods along with providing transportation and daily meals for them.
According to figures mentioned by the Education Ministry, there is an increase in the number of high school students who are taking their final exams for the current session as it is estimated at 43 thousand students in comparison with the past year.
