Venezuelan Anti-Chavismo on Facebook is Managed from the US

January 4, 2020

Juan Guaido was the biggest political absurdity of 2019, says researcher Julián Macías Tovar on Twitter. By inference, Guaidó is the biggest absurdity of the United States, because American support is publicized daily by the main authorities of that government, so it is not surprising that all the Facebook pages that support anti-Chavismo are managed from the US.

Julian Macías Tovar has managed to document that the Guaidó Facebook fan page and that of 20 other opposition politicians are managed in the US, as well as that of the main anti-Chavismo digital media and even the National Assembly of Venezuela, which is headed by the self-proclaimed President.

The curious fact is that the only page of an opposition deputy who is not administered from the US is that of Joni Rahal. It is managed from Iraq, which suggests that it may be from an American military base.

The similarities with the operation in networks to support the coup in Bolivia are many.

See below the thread on the Twitter profile of @JulianMaciasT:

Great work: Guaidó was the biggest political ridicule of 2019. The digital support of the USA is pornographic, all the fb pages that support it are managed from the USA: – Guaidó and the 20 main opposition politicians – The main digital media – The Assembly National and more https://t.co/vGrj8onugh

It is very striking that all these anti-Chavistas have their pages managed from the USA. We did the same analysis looking at the pages with more than 100,000 followers critical to Maduro’s government, and Bingo! 100% are administered from the US.

The main pages of politicians, in addition to that of the self-proclaimed president (as in Bolivia, what a coincidence) Guaidó, are those of Leopoldo López, with more than 1.5M, his wife Lilian Tintori, with 900K, and Henry Ramos Allup (Deputy Assembly, and SG of Democratic Action) with 430K.

A curious fact is the only page of an opposition deputy who is not administered from the US, this is Joni Rahal, although the data may be more strange and striking being administered from Iraq, which suggests that it may be from an American military base.

Anyway, draw your own conclusions, but the similarities with the coup in Bolivia are many. If you haven’t, look at the thread on the pages that support the coup d’etat in Bolivia administered from the United State.

There are many more pages managed from the USA and other smaller countries that make digital war against Venezuelan government. A curious one is “Hecho in Venezuela” (translated Made in Venezuela) which in itself is an oxymoron: since reality shows it is made in Colombia.
