Humberto Ramírez noted that four AK-47 rifle firearms, 1,350 ammunition and 60 magazines for different calibers were seized in Zulia state a few days ago. In this operation, two people were arrested, and are now facing Venezuelan law.
He stressed that all these weapons were destined for terrorist groups that aimed to attack the peace of the people of Venezuela.
In this regard, he emphasized that the Bolivarian government will continue to deepen the investigation to capture those responsible and guarantee the security of the nation. To do this, he reported that the authorities are coordinating with Interpol, so that, with the support of international institutions, all the people involved can be identified and captured.
